Different from traditional OCR companies, Optics Machine Learning trains computers to read and understand documents like a human, enabling an 80% reduction in labor needs alongside higher levels of accuracy so your analysts can focus on higher level tasks.

Optics Machine Learning is comprised of two components, Page Indexing and Form Field Extraction. Optics is capable of taking multi-thousand page loan collateral documents that have been poorly scanned and organized, and output a table of contents for the document. In addition, for known document types, Optics can extract key pieces of information from the documents. What sets Optics apart is the ability to identify data deep within paragraphs of scanned text in unstructured documents, such as Deeds and Mortgages. By training a computer with the latest in machine learning techniques, Optics can significantly reduce the amount of labor needed for traditional 'Stare and Compare' tasks.
